Orders and Shipping

ORDERS
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. An automated email will be sent to your inbox to confirm the order, in which you will receive an order confirmation number. This number will be useful if any issues happen with your order. Please keep the email for your records.

 

SHIPPING
USPS
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from being placed. Wholesale orders will be processed within 7 – 10 business days. Note: All processing times exclude weekends and holidays days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a fulfillment email, notifying you that your package has been fulfilled and is on its way. This email will contain your order’s United States Postal Service tracking number. 
 

LOCAL PICKUP (for pre-arranged pick-up only!)
This should only be selected if prior arrangements have been made via email (support@nicehandz.com or phone 602.245.2740)

 

INTERNATIONAL
Nice Handz is currently not shipping internationally at this time.

 

RETURNS & DAMAGES
Due to the quality of the herbs, we do not accept returns on any items. If your item was received damaged in any way, during shipping, please contact us with the listed information down below so that we may find the best resolution.

Please include the following information in an email sent to support@nicehandz.com

 

1. Name
2. Order number
3. Product that was damage

4. Pictures (if applicable)

You will be directly contacted within 5 business days for resolution agreement.

Please note we will only engage in resolution if the product was purchased directly from nicehandz.com. For outside purchases please contact the retailer directly for additional information on their policies.
